CDB5461AU CDB5461AU Evaluation Board & Software Features General Description The CDB5461AU is an inexpensive tool designed to z Voltage and Current Interface evaluate the functionality and performance of the CS5461A. The evaluation board includes an LT1019 z USB communication with PC voltage reference, a C8051F320 microcontroller with z On-board C8051F320 microcontroller a USB interface, and firmware. The microcontroller controls the serial communication between the evalu- z On-board Voltage Reference ation board and the PC via the firmware, enabling quick and easy access to all of the CS5461A s regis- z Lab Windows / CVI Evaluation Software ters and functions. Register Setup & Chip Control The CDB5461A includes software for Data Capture, FFT Analysis Time Domain Analysis, Histogram Analysis, and Fre- Time Domain Analysis quency Domain Analysis.
