The PI3PCIE3415ZHEX is a multiplexer switch IC manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a PCIe 3.0, 2-lane 2:1 Mux/DeMux operated at 3.3V and up to 5.0Gbps data rates. It is designed to offer very low PCB size, low latency, low power consumption, and high system reliability. It supports sideband signals, such as hot plug and LED. The device features a high performance MOSFET switch and an integrated termination resistor to enable design flexibility and reduce the number of components, cost, size, and power consumption.
