The HX810S-2.93V with Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisors SOT-23-3 RoHS manufactured by Hengjiaxing is an electrically programmable device designed to provide reset and power-on-reset functions. It has a low supply current of 0.7mA and a threestage voltage supervisory with an adjustable assert/de-assert threshold. It monitors both positive and negative supply rails.
