VDA4010NTA AnaSem

The VDA4010NTA is a PMIC (Power Management IC) SOT-23 supervisors RoHS compliant manufactured by AnaSem. It is designed for cost-sensitive applications and offers a space-saving solution. The device contains an internal reset circuit that provides a precise reset output after a reset timeout delay. It also features an ultra-low power shutdown and reset inputs. It has integrated power-on reset circuitry ensuring power-on reset signal movement and monitoring and a precision threshold voltage of 1.8V, 2.0V, 2.2V, and 3.0V. The VDA4010NTA also provides power-supply monitoring with short circuit, open circuit and over and undervoltage monitoring and protection. It offers advanced protection options including overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring as well as current and voltage monitoring for both voltages. It also provides a reset flag input which can be used as a hardware reset signal.
