The APM32F103ZET6 with Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) LQFP-144 RoHS is a 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 processor manufactured by APEXMIC. It features a 32-bit RISC architecture with 16K bytes of Flash memory, 512 bytes of SRAM memory, and multiple I/O pins. It is designed for high performance applications that require multiple interrupts, big endian byte ordering, and low power consumption. It includes an on-chip Power Management and Sleep Modes, and Digital Power Saving options, including 48MHz clock gating, programmable low power run and sleep modes.
