The Chipown AP2000ATCER with DC-DC Converters Step-Up Adjustable 1 0.85V 2.5V 5V 850mA SOT-23-6L RoHS is a high-performance, adjustable-output, step-up DC-DC converter designed for space-constrained applications. Its ultra-small SOT-23-6L package is ideal for applications where board space is at a premium. The device features a wide single input voltage range from 1.8 V to 10V and its adjustable output voltage can be set as high as 5V in four fine-grained steps. Additionally, with a peak load current of 850mA the AP2000ATCER is capable of providing a regulated and isolated power source for high-current loads. Furthermore, the device is RoHS compliant and provides robust protection and diagnostic features, such as over-temperature, over-voltage, current limiting and short circuit protection.
