FT24C04A-KSR-T Fremont Micro Devices

The FT24C04A-KSR-T is a 4Kb Electrically eraseable, programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) from Fremont Micro Devices. This device stores information even when power is not applied. It is organized into 512 x 8-bit words and the device features a unified two-wire bi-directional I2C bus interface that is accessed as if it were an 8-bit/byte memory. It comes in a SO-8 RoHS package. It is designed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device also features a guaranteed write cycle endurance of at least 10,000 cycles. It can provide write access times of 5ms or less. The device can be accessed over an I2C bus from a host controller. It supports a variety of data exchange formats and has several built-in functions such as lock, write protect, and page write.
