HT24LC02 Holtek

HT24LC02 is a 2Kb Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) device manufactured by Holtek and is available in a SOP-8_150mil RoHS package. It consists of 256 x 8 bits of non-volatile memory organized internally as 32 pages of 8 bytes each. The HT24LC02 can be accessed through a two-wire serial communication bus compatible with most I2C bus protocols. The device provides a fast write cycle time, low power consumption, and flexible addressing. It is also capable of reading and writing concurrently with its page write modes. This makes the device ideal for a wide variety of non-volatile memory applications.
