7421000000 Hummel

The 7421000000 is a high-speed, low-power field programmable gate array (FPGA) manufactured by Hummel. The FPGA is based on 130 nm and 28 nm technology with a wide selection of configurable logic blocks and routing and interconnect resources. Its power consumption is very low, only 140-160 mW/MHz operating at a core voltage of 1.1V or 0.75V. It has a very large number of logic elements, consisting of 32,300 configurable logic blocks (CLBs), 4,860 DSP slices, and 76 enhanced configuration options. The FPGA also features high-speed transceivers, 8 PLLs, 16 GTH/MGT transceivers, and a wide range of I/O capabilities, including two NAND Flash controllers, two UARTs, two ISOFETs, and numerous other I/O formats.
