The KIA7912PI-U/PF with Linear Voltage Regulators TO-220F (TO-220IS) RoHS is a voltage regulating transistor manufactured by Korean Semiconductor giant KEC. It is a three-terminal voltage regulator comprising of a series of MOSFETs, allowing for positive or negative voltage regulation. This device is RoHS compliant and houses with a TO-220F package type. It offers very low dropout performance, extremely low noise, fast response and high accuracy and regulation.
