It supports Integrated 700V MOSFET and Current buck, boost, buck-boost, and flyback topologies. This Frequency Foldback feature provides excellent efficiency at light load, Limited Maximum Frequency and improves the overall efficiency. Peak Current Compression Protection features include thermal shutdown Internally Biased VCC (TSD), VCC under-voltage lockout (UVLO), TSD, UVLO, OLP, SCP, and Open-Loop overload protection (OLP), short-circuit Detection protection (SCP), and open-loop detection.
