The MOD5282-200IR is a part of NetBurners line of High Performance intelligent embedded controller modules. It is equipped with a 224MHz, 32-bit PXA255 processor, 64MB of SDRAM, 8MB of Flash and 512KB of SRAM. The device integrates multimedia functionality and peripheral support, including: Dual 10Base-T Ethernet, four serial ports, one parallel port, IrDA, LCD interface, USB 2.0 and audio support. The module also includes various other features such as a real time clock, watchdog timers, and a power management unit. The MOD5282-200IR measures only 9cm x 6 cm and includes an enclosure for mounting as a finished product.
