The PADAUK PMC234-Y24 is a 4KB 208Byte OTP RISC SSOP-24 Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) with ROHS certification. This unit is powered by a powerful 32-bit RISC CPU with a peak performance of up to 48 MIPS and integrated peripherals including up to 96KB of SRAM, up to 4KB of OTP, 16-bit DMA controller, Ethernet, AES and other functions. It also features a wide variety of interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN, PCIe and USBs. In addition, the PMC234-Y24 supports extensive power management capabilities including low power modes, wake-up and deep sleep modes, and selectable power domains. The PMC234-Y24 is RoHS certified and suitable for IoT, industrial, automotive and other embedded applications.
