RTH1004 Rohde & Schwarz

The RTH1004 is a four-channel ScopeMeter manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz that features a 60 MHz bandwidth and 1.25 Gsps and 5 Gsps interleaved sampling rates. It is a versatile instrument, capable of handling a wide variety of measurements. The oscilloscope is equipped with 4 analog channels, allowing users to simultaneously measure up to four analog signals at the same time. It has a specialized feature, which is that two channels can be interleaved for five Gps sampling rate. This is ideal for demanding applications that need to measure very fast signals. The RTH1004 also includes built-in signal analysis functions such as Mask Limit Testing, Serial Buss Decoding, and FFT Analysis. Moreover, it comes with various display and zoom modes, providing additional flexibility when measuring signals.
