SH79F166AF with Sinowealth QFP-44_10x10x08P RoHS is a high-performance single-chip 8-bit microcontroller from the SH79F166AF series manufactured by Sinowealth. It has an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and a maximum operating frequency of 12MHz. It features a large Flash memory of up to 32KB and a maximum SRAM of 2KB. The SH79F166AF also contains a wide range of analog and digital I/O pins, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM and ADC capabilities. It offers an integrated Oscillator and Clock Generator to provide accurate and stable timing.
