XINLUDA's XL74LS139 with Signal Switches, Multiplexers, Decoders SOP-16 RoHS is a low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) dual 2-line to 4-line decoder/demultiplexer that accepts two binary-coded inputs and provides four mutually exclusive output enabling the device to select one of four data sources. It features active LOW inputs and active LOW outputs with latch enable that can be activated by a LOW to HIGH transition of its input. In addition, it also features two active LOW output enable inputs that can be used to active all outputs simultaneously for a 1-OUTPUT to 4-OUTPUT connection. Thanks to its SOP16 RoHS package, it offers ultra-small size for appliance and portability.
